We are a national digital marketing company looking for ambitious self-starters that want to break into a new and exciting industry. The way businesses showcase their space is rapidly evolving, and Dan Bilthouse is leading that charge.

As a Direct Sales Consultant, you will help us change the way businesses lease and sell space by showcasing the future of virtual tours, 3D design, and virtual reality. You will help us explore new industries while strengthening our position in current ones. Our most successful DSC’s have a passion for digital marketing and understand what drives the decisions of today’s leaser and buyer.

Responsibilities and Duties

This individual will conduct daily calls into target accounts to identify key decision makers, set meetings, and perform online demonstrations. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will be acquiring and maintaining customers via email and phone. This role not only involves working with business owners and C-level executives but also smaller property managers and building owners. The ideal candidate is professional, thorough, and HUNGRY to grow their own business pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in inside sales including cold calling

  • 3+ years of account management experience

  • Experience working with mid to senior level executives

  • Strong in person and online demonstration abilities

  • Strong research and analytical skills (ex: ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google)

  • Professional verbal and written skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter drive

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship management skills

Desired Skills

  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge, Multifamily or Hospitality preferred

  • Experience with SaaS sales

  • Experience using web conferencing tools (GoToMeeting, Uberconference, etc)

  • Bachelor’s
